I received a BA from Concordia University in Portland, Oregon and a Master's Degree in Special Education from Portland State in Portland, Oregon. I am certified in both regular education and special education in the state of Minnesota. My regular education license is in Life Science and I have Special Education certification in the areas of Learning Disabilities, and Developmental Cognitive Disabilities. I have lived in Minnesota for 12 years and have been teaching at Arlington High School since 1996, the first day of its opening. Prior to teaching at Arlington, I lived and taught in Oregon both teaching science and special education.
