 | | | | | | Harold (Hud) Hobday | | | | Take care of your mother | Hi! I'm an Arlington Sophomore (2nd year teacher at Arlington). Last year I finally graduated to High School! Most of my teaching experience has been in Chicago, and for the 3 years before coming to Arlington I'd been teaching in St. Paul junior high schools. I moved back to Minnesota when my wife and I started having kids. We wanted to be close to family, and of course, Minnesota is a great place to grow.... I have 3 kids, one 6 years old, one 4, and a little boy born in March 07. I love being a dad.
And I love teaching and working with students of all ages. At Arlington I'm teaching 4 sections of Biology | | We're all connected | for mostly juniors, and a section of Environmental Science for Freshmen and Sophomores. I've always liked biology and believe some level of science literacy is getting more and more vital as technology booms and it all affects the great web of life. We need to understand our impact on our world and be ready to make informed decisions that will last generations... on the lighter side, it's all just soooo cool, amazing, and miraculous!
Feel free to contact me about any concerns or questions. All my students have my home number and school e-mail always works ( harold.hobday@spps.org).
